Can thanks to Clarkvv! Nose of pineapple and maybe citrus. Flavor follows with mild hints of herbs. Mild citrus rind bitterness. Hard to compare this to the Freak Folk 10 minutes before it.

Canned Oct 16, 2024, drunk 1/12/25.
Moderate haze. Bronze-maize. Small, white head, clumpy.
Smells interesting. Fruity as hell with pineapple, guava, cherry, grape, coconut? Light, biscuity malts with estery yeast and no weirdness.
Slightly more muddled in flavor with lots of yeast, lots of biscuit, a bit of pith and chalk. Coconut, lemon, guava and pineapple with mild bitterness and good attenuation. Not quite as much flavor as I'd want for its size, though.

Can (10/16/24) shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! Deeply hazy yellow, light lacing. Aroma is vague orange, fruit salad. Taste follows aroma. Smooth. Definitely a unique hop mix, so A+ for effort, but not very strong.

473ml can. Hazy, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with average, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy and citrusy fruity, minimally piney, hoppy aroma, wheaty and minimally oaty malty background, hints of grapefruit, lemon, a touch of mandarine, orange, weed. Taste is mildly bitter, slightly zesty, citrusy fruity and grassy hoppy, wheaty and slightly oaty malty basis with a minimally sugary touch and low residual sweetness, minimally diluted hints of grapefruit and orange, tangerine. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Surprisingly watery, rather thin flavours - OK, but not overly impressive.

Canned April 17, 2024, drunk Sep 8, 2024. Clear, paler blonde-golden. Massive, white head, rocky, lasting. Beautifully-expressive yeast in the nose is elegant and shows no banana, bubble gum, clove, etc...Mostly stone fruit and dainty apple with light white pepper and varied mineral. Crackery malts with, perhaps, lightly herbal hop notes and gentle floral aromatics. Clean. Nice body for its size! Rich and malty but drying out appropriately on the finish with plentiful white bread, biscuit and cracker. Appley yeast with spicy phenols and mildly herbal hops. Excellent bitterness to balance and lingering malt textures make it very satisfying all around. Clean. Love to see the yeast character here that any brewery in Belgium would be proud of.

Armsby draught, 8/24/24. Clear, bright gold-brass. Medium-sized, white head. Beautifully expressive noble hops in the nose with biscuit and honey from the malt and a crisp, yeasty finish. Clean. Earth, herbs and light spice with moderate bitterness to balance the rich but well-attenuated malts. Supremely refreshing and very flavorful for its size.
