Color amarillo pálido, muy turbia, espuma blanca de buena retención. Aroma y sabor herbal y afrutado con un notable toque cítrico. Textura acuosa, dulzor medio, final amargo, cítrico y seco. Ligera y refrescante, está rica.

Cerveza dorada y pálida, velada, espuma blanca no muy abundante y poco consistente. Tanto en nariz como en boca se percibe cierto aire rústico, granero, establo, paja, esparto...con un fondo ligeramente cítrico y herbal. El aroma y sabor a esparto se va de madre conforme atempera, casi me costó acabarla. Una cerveza que no repetiría.

Entre dorada y pajiza. Muy limpia. Brillante pero de espuma escasa. Aroma delicadamente floral. En boca es muy ligera, tremendamente bebible, con reducido punto de gas y muy agradable sabor ligeramente cereal, ligeramente floral. Más seca que dulce y de amargor moderado.

Taste comprises grass, stone fruit, mango flesh, guava, light pine layer.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Tidy IPA.
