Tap at the brewpub. Pours light amber / Darker blonde ( apparently, the name white guy was randomly chosen, it’s not a wheat beer ) Smell is funk, acidic. Taste is sourdough, dry, DMS, not good at all and certainly not Brett. This is just an off-beer they try to sell as a Brett version, which it clearly ain’t . Brett gives destinctive flavors not found in this beer, whilst I DID find other off flavors.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours clear blonde, small white head. Smell is malty, green, grassy hops. Taste is full, grainy, crisp. Cereal. Subtile hoppyness. very mild bitterness. Would have worked better as a UK-Pale Ale style IMO, but it’s a good beer nevertheless.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours unclear blonde, small white head. Smell is thick, creamy, some juicy fruityness. Taste is mild, remote bitterness. Bit creamy, Touch of funk from the malts. rather low on esthers , no real phenolic character eather. I guess they went more for the US variant of the style, but it doesn’t have to much hops either.
