(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, dark amber colour with a beige and medium-sized foamy head. Slightly toasted, bready malty aroma with distinctive notes of honey. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Fruity and honey-ish start with drying herbal notes; almost lingering fruity and herbal-spicy finish. 20.VII.17

330ml bottle [as No 1 Amber Honey]. Minimally hazy, dark amber colour with small, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Flat, minimally sweet-ish, honey aroma. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty, minimally sugary notes of honey, waxy hoppy overtones; watery passages. Monotonous, neither overly rich nor complex, rather restricted honey flavours, simple sugary honey sweetness, no floral or earthy nor whatsoever additional overtones.

Many thanks for this beer to Erzengel. Pours a hazy golden color with bright head. Medium bodied, honey character. Maybe tad to thin, and boring.
