44cl Blik van AH. Mistiggouden kleur, witte kraag. Hoppig, wat diesel en rubber, ben toch echt geen fan van Riwaka, licht fruitig, redelijk fris. Lichte body. OK.

Op tap bij In de Wildeman. Bij Haze verwacht je geen helder bier. Dat is dit dus wel. Diepgouden kleur, witte kraag. Ruikt wel enigszins als een hazy, iets minder hoppig, vrij fruitig, steenvruchten, mango, perzik, zachtzoet, drinkt zeer makkelijk weg, lichte bitterheid. Lichte body. Easy-going bier.

330ml bottle, (2024), bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. A deep, deep black body under a tan, bubbly head, dotted spots on the glass. Attractive aromas of earthy chocolate, oak, and peaty smoke. Solid dark malt driven flavours, chocolate and cocoa, hints of dark berries and oak followed by a backdrop of coffee to a long lived ending, sustained by roasted bitterness with warmining whisky. Full bodied. A great slow sipper, almost over the top. (Tromsø, 17.06.2025).

Donkerbruin tot zwart bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is krachtig alcohol en frutiig zoet met duidelijk whiskey tonen, wat pruimen, karamel en kandij. Heel erg goed.

Black with a tan head. Hoppy roasty aroma. Sweet taste with chocolate, coffee and hops. Bitter finish. Indeed more an Black IPA than a regular stout but I could drink this all day.

Hazy pale yellow with a white head. Hoppy piny aroma. Crisp taste with a low bitter finish. Quite thin bodied. Not very convincing but still drinkable

Can at home. A bit pale golden color, average sized white head. Aroma and flavor are lightly malts, hops, pleasant metallic hoppiness and nice hop bitters. Quite alright.

Can at home. Opaque brown color, full sized rough beige head. Aroma and flavor are malts, brown malts, earthy, typical foreign stout aroma. Flavor is similar, with malt bitterness and some metallic / iron hints. A bit harsh if you ask me. Mwah.
