Tap at brewery deep rich pour with lovely nose is espresso and dark chocolate. Tastes of espresso, bitter dark chocolate, earth, wood, light licorice. Great creamy palate almost no booze or residual sweetness. Drink this up on this frigid day.

Tap at brewery. No idea this was supposed to be sour got none of that. Nose is citrus and spicy. Tastes if herbs, lemons, wheat, barnyard, hint of tea. Fine enough with lingering spicy malt.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours faint yellow with small soapy head. Nose is lemony and grains. Tatars of lemon peel, grainy, corn, dusty, and herbal tea. Very thin palate. Boring brew head down the road to Newburgh for better cream ales

Growler from the brewery - big thanks to Dr. Sandman. Pours rich gold with a frothy white head. Big, dank nose with lots of melon and ripe orange. Medium sweet flavor with light pine, more melon and orange, some grapefruit. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Dank hop finish, lightly warming, with some resins, a bit of citrus rind bitterness, melon and papaya. Grassy bitter aftertaste. Really solid.

Medium sweet flavor with rich and well rounded malt character, accented with light chocolate, grapefruit and toasty pine. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. A hazy golden beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of chocolate, coffee, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of coffee, chocolate, alcohol, and a bit of fruits, leading to a bitter finish.
