Butelka 0,5 z datą ważności 31.05.2017 temperatura degustacji 12 stopni +. AROMAT: po otwarciu butelki cytrusy, po chwili zaczynają dominować nuty trawiaste, przy wyższej temperaturze wyczuwalna żywica i delikatna siarka. PIANA: biała z żółtawym przybrudzeniem, obfita, drobno pęcherzykowa, trwała, nie oblepia szkła. BARWA: klarowne złoto. SMAK: od samego początku wytrawne, zbożowo-cytrusowe, z ziołową goryczką (max 40ibu) o delikatnie kwaskowatym finiszu. Wysycenie średnie do wysokiego, lekkie, orzeźwiające. Piękna etykieta (moim zdaniem ursa robi jedne z ładniejszych w Polskim krafcie). Tylko jedno co mi nie pasuje to styl piwa (session ipa) do nazwy drapieżnik (bardziej pasuje tu coś mocniejszego, agresywnego z mocarną goryczką)

Golden colored beer with fair head. Malty profile aroma, with some windy hints and slight scent of wax. Very sweet, low bitterness. A bit watery. Medium body, low carbonation.

Amber colored beer with high head and nice lacing. Tropical/citrus aroma with oranges and bubblegum on the foreground. Medium bitterness, rather low sweetness. A bit watery. Light body, light carbonation.
