33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ van Rooij, Culemborg. Black with a brown head. Heavy bourbon aroma with the ususal coffee and chocolate notes. Sweet taste with a smooth bourbon finish.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark brown colour with ruby shimmer and average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, ochre-ish, beige head. Sweet-ish, dark malty aroma with bretty, funky and Hubbba Bubba bubblegum-like hints of infection, hints of chocolate, toasted nuts. Taste is sweet, dark malty, notes of chocolate, toasted nuts, dry, bretty, funky hints of infection. Minimally creamy, watery texture, dry palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Probably not intended to be what it is - but it's good!

Flesje gekregen van Tomhendriksen en thuis gedronken. Goudgeel bier met matig grof schuim dat snel weg trekt. Aroma van grapefruit en citroen. Smaak van citrus fruit en hop. Nasmaak is bitter.
Zoet, eikenhout, zaagsel, wat alcohol, rozijnen, alsof het al wat ouder is, wat tijm. Een tikkie scherp zelfs. Licht verwarmend. Aardige barley wine, maar ik heb ze liever zachter, voller en zwaarder.

Stoofvlees maken, daar hoort bier bij! Smaakt moutig, zoet. Aardig sterk ook wel. Lekker.

Keg at the Great British Beer Festival 2019 - London. Pours Lightly hazy amber-brown-red with a small, foamy topping. Medium sweet with notes of toasted malts, toffee, bread, low bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet, sugary finish, nips of dried berries, toffee. Good enough.
