Good sized draft sample at the Granite State Brewfest yesterday. Clear with sweet bready pilsner malt and light floral hops. great lager.

Bottle at barely legal tasting room , thnx to Torino ! Pours clear pink , good white head Smell is sour , intense , fleshy , funky , bit fruity . Taste is dry , fruity ( mostly the plum ) some dry-sugar feel but most def not sweet so i dont think there really is sugar in this . Bit funk , sour touch . Thin body , too high carbo , yet very intense in taste . Nice !

750 ml bottle purchased at the Brewery Nov, 1, 3013. Aroma and flavor are pretty much identical. Port wine and dark grapes are found upfront followed by large fig notes. The beer has a medium caramel / toffee body with hints of fruit. The texture of the brew is oily with a lightly sweet finish. Nice mingling of the port barrel and base Wee Heavy. No alcohol found anywhere in the brew.
This was rating 2900 and the last Dave Sakolsky beer I had in my cellar. I was happy to share with new friends and hope Dave will start his own brew pub in the near future. Good luck finding a bottle of this.

On tap at Cask and Vine Slightly hazy dark straw or light golden color. Aromas of sweet sugary maltiness a hint of floral hops and plenty of pepper and clove esters to balance nicely. Lightly sweet flavor with a hint of honey and light sugar. Light spice with a bit of peppery yeasty bite. Medium to thick body with a light level of carbonation. Very nice tripel, I quite enjoyed it.

On tap at The New England Taphouse Grille. Comes to the table a slightly hazy light golden color with a smallish off white head that dissipates rather quickly. Aromas of spicy earthy pine and citrus with a bit of bread and spicy maltiness. The flavor is light spicy bread with a solid countering hop flavor. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation. Nice easy drinking hoppy wheat beer.

Bottle @ Armin’s apartment, courtesy of a real fucken chill dude. Pours a sort of murky, deep orangish brown appearance with little head. Super spicy (cinnamon/nutmeg), thick plum/dark grape, acetic, quite oaky aroma. Kind of like an Oud Bruin. Fair amount of vinegar tones, lot of oak and tannins, lot of dark fruit. Black cherry, plum, red grape. Carbonation is a bit dull. Nice, twangy aftertaste. Fun to drink.

$13.00 for a 375 ml bottle. Shared at the RBNG. Murky brown color. Aroma of herbal funk, tart berries, dirty earthy malt and oak.
Yeasty, oaky, hints of brett with a good about of fruity sweetness. Lingering oak and tannic grapes. Really nice complex flavors. I guess you could cellar it, but after 10 months in barrels it tastes pretty good right now. Another fine brew from the former brewer, Cheers Dave!

A - Crimson red with faint oak towns and a 1 finger head.
S - Nose is cherry pie, hints of brown sugar and oak with tannic grape juice.
T - Whoa. this tastes awesome. Loads of fruity pie, cherry and raspberry, honey, wheat and uber wine forward.
M - Nice mouthfeel, lots of silky smooth taste, fruit finish, dry. very nice
O - I love this one. Very good. Could drink a lot of this!
