Cerveza Isleña
Microbrewery in Sant Antoni De Portmany, Balearic Islands, Spain 🇪🇸

Aluminum bottle. Noticeable fruitiness in the taste and flavor, even hop bitterness in the finish, refreshing.

Ibiza beer hyped with flashy aluminum bottle; claims to be top fermented with malt brought over from the Czech Republic and has apparently undergone a long cold lagering as is custom with Kölsch. Bottle at Velootje in Ghent. Dense and creamy, yellowish white, whipped cream-like head and clear golden blonde colour, fizzy. Aroma of sweetish cooked chicken corn, sourish grains, some grass, some green apple and iron, faint rubbery touch. Grainy, fizzy taste, thin body, somewhat metallic, meagre bready malt sweetishness, subtle grassy hop bitterishness in the end. Straightforward pale lager-like ale with very low fruitiness, boring but interesting to the extent that this is, at least to my knowing, one of Spain’s first attempts at something in the vicinity of Kölsch, but so far almost completely lacking the elegance and finesse of the true Kölsch beers.

Dorada orina. Sin nada de espuma. Sin nada de burbuja. Aroma a miel dulce. Sin fuerza en boca. Tono dulzón. Miel. Aguada. Floja.

Aluminum bottle at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks troubles. Pale golden with almost no head. Aroma of corn, graininess and paper. Sweetish corny flavor with a bit of cardboard and a drier finish. Light-bodied.

Bottle by Roman Kozak. Aroma mostly malty, grainy. Clear golden colour. Taste plain, watery, raw grainy. Not exactly disgusting, but definitely not good either.

drank from an alluminium bottle (! ) advantages of this : it doesnt break it’s lighter it’s more resistant to light it looks and feels awsome its suposed to be way more fun to drink from the bottle than the average glass bottle .. damn .. those brewers ... but ok, i will do the bottle in hand - thing just to see if thats right ... smells malty taste is dry maltyness. lower side of carbo . tastes like an average , weak pilsner, with a malty aftertaste . its not bad, but - appart from oh so diffrent bottle - not rememorable . i also dont feel the big diffrence on this or glass ( to drink ) extra info -> my one is a (special edition ? ) bottle with a white back and flowers allover . reading ’flower power’ . its gay .and so are pony’s . ... the fuck happened ? --’
