¿Alguna vez has tenido una idea y a pesar de parecerte totalmente inalcanzable , te has puesto manos a la obra?. Pues el proyecto de Isleña , la cerveza de Ibiza, surgió más o menos así.

Costó convencer a un número suficiente de empresarios de la isla para lanzar la cerveza, pero la idea es buena y nuestros socios también tienen una visión diferente de cómo deben hacerse los negocios en Ibiza, aportando más valor a quienes nos visitan.

La empresa tiene su sede social en Ibiza y se gestiona desde la propia isla.

El porqué

Los 10,1 millones de turistas que en 2008 nos visitaron en las islas Baleares suponen el 18% del turismo total de nuestro pais, lo que convierte a las Baleares en el segundo destino turístico nacional. Todos ellos pernoctaron una media de 10 noches y consumieron unas 3 cervezas al día. En Isleña interpretamos estos datos como una buena oportunidad de negocio existiendo un claro hueco de mercado que sólo una cerveza como la nuestra pueda ocupar.

Además las islas Baleares gozan de una excelente proyección nacional e internacional, siendo Ibiza un referente para el consumidor en cuanto a ocio, fiesta, sol y playa. Momentos de alto consumo de cerveza. Y si no has podido venir , no te preocupes, nuestro objetivo es llevarte todo el sabor de las islas allí donde estés.

ceramic looking bottle from mallorca. clear yellow, white head. mild macro malty aroma. flavor is sligthlty flowery hoppy malty, decent german beer in fact. drinkable.

Bottle 330ml. aluminum bottle @ [ Tasting by Fin & Loz ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, vegetables. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, vegetables, cardboard notes. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20111022]

Tin bottle at Fin & Loz’s tasting with Jan, Charlotte, Craig, Stella & kids consumed Saturday 22.10.11 I picked this up in the Basque region, Northern Spain summer 2011 Bit sweet but a much better beer than I was expecting, soft and busy carbonation, light malt, its actually ok. Great tin bottle! A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov11 3.0

Bottle atp fins ... golden yellow ... sweet grainynose ... fizzy ... light sweet grainy malt ...light grasy bitterness...

Alu-bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Surprisingly nice brew.

33cl Bottle at Café Maria, Utrecht. Fancy aluminum bottle. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of barley, a bit sweet, malty, light flowery. Flavour is sweet, malty, light flowery, light hoppy, bit of aspartam, light lemon flavour with a hint of metal. Light bodied.

Aluminum bottle. Sweet barley malt aroma. Golden yellow color with minimal head. Syrupy sweet barley malt with moderately bitter quinine finish. Maybe drinking this on Ibiza might help - didn’t do it for me on the continent.

Clear golden with a tiny off white head. Sweet and malty aroma with grainy and fruity notes. Flavour had malt, cardboard and fruity notes. Finished somewhat dry from the hops. Loved the package of this one. Good fun. The beer though was a different story...

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of citrus and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and......forget it

Tasting at Papsø, tin bottle
Don’t collect things, collect experiences

Haxzy blond color. Light beer, flawed by vegetables and yeast presence. Ordinary bitterness. Bad.
