Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, dark fruits and yeast. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, yeast, little acid, berries, hop, little sweet and a little bitter.

Aroma: This one has a light nose of sweet malts and yeasty notes, the blackberry is very subtle
Appearance: It pours a clear reddish color with a small head and some light lace
Flavor: The flavor is mildly sweet, and pretty exactly what you'd expect from the nose
Palate: This one has a light body to it, feels somewhat watery, and has a fizzy carbonation/finish
Overall Impression: This was kind of an odd one. It was a blackberry wheat without much blackberry or wheat. It's not terrible, but it is rather light, thin, underwhelming, and just lacks much of a punch of any kind.

Pacific Standard, NY cask ($7) Pours a hazy orange/yellow with a white head. Aroma is lemon and flowers. Taste is kind of sour with a hoppy tinge. It tastes a bit like lemonade. A weird brew. I feel like I had a different beer than the other raters. Is this what cask does to a beer? Perhaps.

On tap in Denver for GABF 2012. Pours a pure black color with a medium tan head. A big sweet nutty and roasted malt nose. The flavor was dominated by chalk, some roast, caramel, clear buttery flavors (I assume there is an issue with infection), light cocoa. Pretty good. Will rate again if I have a chance.

Pony Bar, NY cask ($5): Pours orange color with a cask-like head. Aroma is spicy hops. Taste is very much on the mellow side. The hops are certainly present, but they are attenuated. Body of the beer is fine. Of all the beers I had at the bar this night, this one was the most forgettable.

Tap at the Gingerman. The tap was disturbed and the brew looked like a coffee milkshake but great thanksgiving dessert aromas. Tastes of pumpkin pie including the crust really good. Also get nutmeg, brown sugar, earth, and vanilla but guess that’s more pie flavors. Good stuff

Aroma: This one has some wheat, yeast, and some light citrus on the nose
Appearance: It pours a cloudy golden color with minimal head and lace
Flavor: The taste is fairly dull, it has some light sweetness, and pretty much no bitterness to it
Palate: The body is light and a touch watery, it has a soft carbonation, and a fairly short, dull finish
Overall Impression: This one wasn't great. Even for the style, this one fell a little short in my opinion. There's nothing wrong with it per say, but it pretty dull, and lacks in the flavor department.
