Bottle - Dusty and funky. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Sour, but not too much acidity with a light funk.

Bottle pours a light pink color. Nose is a nice light honey funky sour light fruit and a little herbal. Taste is more of the light honey funky sour light fruit berries.

Thanks Justin for sharing the bottle! Poured into a tumbler showing cloudy dark yellow with clean whee foam lacing. The nose shows tart notes of juicy apricot and notes of honey. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Highly tart with notes of brett, honey, and light vanilla.

Slow gusher that lead to beautiful full head atop glowing body. Soft bretty beer with light cobwebs. Lemony bite without pledge but fresh lemon with light citrus. Long lemon essence finish school off. A very delightfully bretty light lemon beer.

750 ml bottle from the brewery. Murky amber pour. Spice, yeast, and earth. Some wood too. Quite sour, moreso than I expected. Finishes kinda vinegary. Pretty good, overall, but definitely not what I was expecting.

750 ml bottle from Plan Bee. Rather hazy yellow-orange color with a large, foamy head. Aroma is very funky, lots of barnyard. Earth, some spice, and a little hay. Drinks funky and dry, bright and earthy. Lively carbonation, finishes sharp with a lasting dryness that lingers on the tongue. The hops play nicely here, but the yeast really dominates. It has a really impressive funky flavor. This is an excellent beer.

Good clarity to this beeswax-yellow and golden bodied beer. Creamy, white head atop is small but shows pretty good retention for the style.
Soft and inviting, the nose is not really at all what I expected. There’s a lot more base malt (honey, vanilla, various light grains), floral character, soft herbal hops and Sacch. esters than expected. For a spontaneously fermented beer, this is very tame. Must be cooler and/or longer conditioning than usual? Not really sure. Anyways, some very light lemon and soft funk with fruity Brett notes and nothing aggressive at all, nor any alcohol or flaw.
Lightly tart and yet with a very supple, lightly sweet (honey, whitebread, cookie) malt backbone and tight, natural carbonation. Lemon, other various citrus and light kumquat notes all dance about with soft funk, fruity Brett and various grain/cereal notes on the finish. Little/no twangy lactic acidity that you get in many mixed ferm beers. Maybe a bit strong on the citrus element from the hops though it’s got very low bitterness. Good dryness and very drinkable with no alcohol or flaw. Great intro to this brewery and will certainly be picking up more.

Bottle thanks to Kyle. Pours a hazy dark ruby with small pinkish white head that lasts. The aroma is funk, oak, earth, currants. Thin body, currants, spice, oak, funky, nice tartness, very good.

Draft at the brewery, 4/29. Murky reddish-purple. Nice subtle plum flavor on clean dark, yeasty beer. Nice chocolate, roast undertone as well. Clean, not overly sweet. Really well done.
