12 ounce can from Trenton Road Takeout. Cloudy orange gold pour. Rocky beige head. Aroma is a bit tinny, then malty, then citrusy. Flavor upfront is sharp citrus. Notes of citric acid, lemon, orange and more lemon. Some residual sweetness, but overall, this is a bittersweet melange of grapefruit, orange, lemon and lime zest. Not so sure about the food pairing recommendations. I’m from Jersey and I wouldn’t drink this with a cheesesteak, pizza or brisket. Maybe better with Thai or Korean. Oh, and what exactly does lilly taste like?

Pours clear deep gold into a shaker. White head with good retention recedes to hug rim. Pine and caramel aromas. Crisp with sweet caramel, earthy pine and multigrain sourdough front to back.

Yeast, elderberry, chemical nose. Clear copper, thin head. Elderberry, honey, acetone overtones. Medium to full body, easy carbonation, very warm. The tendency would be to throw this down like a beer, but that would be unwise. This is definitely a sipper. I'm not really a fan.
Amber pour. Thin foam. Even lace. Blueberry flavor with nail polish remover palate. Medium bodied medium carbonation.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Deep amber gold color topped by a frothy beige head. Earthy, honeyish malt nose hints at pine. Bittersweet toasted malt flavor has strong, dank citrus and pine notes. Grapefruit and preserved lemon mixed with earthy pine needles. Dank and sticky. Boozy notes in finish.

Can. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Strawberry, lime, salt, tart finish. Not bad.
