Bottle. An unclear, yellow cider with some white bubbles. The aroma is almost puke-like, but the sweetish apples dominates. Some cinnamon hints. The flavor is pretty much the same, although less spiced. Medium body, silky on the palate. Lasting sweet apple finish. Overall, Iβm not impressed in any way. The only thing I really like about it is the mouthfeel. 130804

Bottle 650ml @ Hotel Room, Courtyard Oyster Point, San Francisco, CA
Pours slightly hazy very pale yelloiw with a white head. Aroma has notes of sweet apples and a bit like energy drink and vodka. Taste is medium sweet. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 22oz. An almost clear, pale yellow body, flat. Strange aroma I think, sort of candy-ish, with a spiced touch and some honey, in addition to the apples of course. Sweetish apples and some honey in the flavor, a touch of candy here as well. Medium body. Although the label says crisp, I find it rather sweetish. Not bad though, but definitely drinkable. 130803

Refrigerated brown bomber poured into a white wine glass. Pours translucent golden with small white head. Very little lacing, medium body, medium/low carbonation, and light apple aroma. Taste is nice soft pressed apple. Pretty rich but not as rich as JK Solstice, very good.

Bottle: Poured a light pale yellow color cider with light bubbly head. Aroma of light semi-sweet apple notes is pretty straight forward. Taste is dominated by semi-sweet apple notes with a dry finish. Body is light with spritzer βlike carbonation. This is a pretty bland cider that could sue additional complexity.

Bottle, from the IGA in Sidney, MT. Hazy pale yellow pour with virtually no head. Nose is floral and fruity, along with the Belgian yeast. Crisp, reminds me of the dry non-alcoholic sparkling cider from New Years... Flavor has more of the apple cider flavor, along with the yeast. The intensity is sort of a sleeper; not overwhelming, but firm. Overall an enjoyable experience.
