Bottle @ home. Very cloudy, whitish yellow appearance with no head. Definitely has that rice syrupy, sake aroma with bread, light apple and pear notes. Tart, light red apple juicy, rice/sake, slight yeast/bread flavor. Interesting enough but I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

Pours pale slightly hazed yellow into a shaker. White head quickly disappears to nothing. Sweet honey, maple and apple aromas. Dry and crisp with sweet syrup upfront turning to mild apple in the medium length finish.

Bottle @ home. Cloudy, light yellowish white appearance like lemonade. Very sweet, light honey, citrusy, apple juicy aroma. Slightly low carbonation compared to other ciders. Quite sweet like apple juice with honey, organic, and citrusy elements. Really like juice but very easy to drink.

Part of a random 6er rate pack from New Beer. Ommegang Anniversary glass. Clear, yellow gold, soda-like carbonation. Smells of pear & green apple candy. "Natural flavors". Very chalky texture. Very carbonated. White sugar, pear, plastic, Mott’s apple juice, tears. Don’t judge Crispin by this slop.

Pours hazy yellow into a shaker. No head whatsoever. Sweet honey and and apple aromas. Dry with funky sour honey and apple core. At least it’s not too sweet.

Pours a hazy burnt caramel into a Sam glass. Head never establishes and forms a subtle hug of the rim. Caramel apple aromas. Dry with sweet caramel and sweet candied apples. A bit too sweet, but might be interesting to create a dessert with it.

bottle - Pours hazy brown with a small, rapidly fading head. The aroma is of brown apples and a little alcohol. It tastes of sweet apples with some brown apples character and an unusual (for a cider) caramel/molasses quality. Pretty good.

can - This cider has a rich apple aroma and a mildly tart apple flavor that leads into a somewhat dry finish. It still seemed sweet to me, but as ciders go I guess it’s not as sweet as most. That, in my opinion, is a good thing.

Very pale hay color. Sweet apples in the aroma. Lightly tart apple with a bit of sweet apple, too. Crisp finish. Easy drinking cider. Decent.
