Poured a super ruby red color with a small wispy head at the Millstone Spring Festival. Aroma was light floral, some mild notes. Interesting floral notes, some light magnolias.

Draft/Cask pour at Millstone’s Spring Festival. Poured a hazy yellow color, with a fizzy wispy head. Aroma was light tart peach notes, sweet fruits, tart apple character, some light sweetness. Flavor was similar to light light sap? Mostly very subtle. semi-sweet.

Draft at the Spring Millstone Cider event. Poured a clear, golden color - looks a bit like apple juice. No head at all. Smells like pressed apples. Sweet apples, not a lot of booze in this one, despite the 10% ABV. Good.

Very nice. Hops add a great dimension here. Done citrus and pine with granny smith type aroma. Light tangy finish tempered by bitterness. Great package. Bottle pour.

Interesting mix here but I’m not a huge ginger fan. Makes for a different mix though. White wine color. Bottle pour at Glen’s.

5oz pour at Rustico Ballston pours a mostly clear gold with some fast fading, white head. Nose is interesting, tart apples, some clear vanilla bean, more unripened nectarine than peach to me, some mild buttery oak. Flavor follows right along, the vanilla disappears a bit, sadly the buttery chardonnay notes increase, some peach, some nectarine, apples obviously. Oily finish. Less nuanced than some of their other offerings.

Bottle sample at the source. Murky golden orange amber color. Aroma is complex, softly sour flowers. Taste is equally hard to describe, but the soft sourness of the lacto really complements the fruit and the honey. I bought a bottle so I could revisit this rating. Extraordinary.
