Keg @ Haket. Pours tiny hazy caramel golden with a frothy brownish beige head that slowly dissipates while leaving some spotty trace on the glass. Smell is malty, fruity and woody with sweet dark bread, caramel, grapefruit juice, tangerines, moist grass, pine needles, resinous wood, orange zest and lemon zest. Taste is sweet, bitter, malty, fruity and woody. Mouthfeel is round, astringent, tiny boozy and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and bitter with caramel malts, overripe grapefruit, resin and hints of cardboard. resinous bitter and caramel heavy IIPA. Not my style. --- Beer merged from original tick of Hop Dang! on 14 Apr 2016 at 18:26 - Score: 6. Original review text: I thought these resinous caramel bombs were extinct in the US. I haven't missed them.

Sample at CBC 2016. Golden with a white head. Fresh and hoppy with grapefruit, orange, grass and some flowers. The body was almost full and the finish bitter.

Tap @ Beer Temple, sample size (5 oz). Clear amber color. Stiff and sticky off white head. Aroma’s: malty sweet, but also some resinous hops. Retronasal there’s caramel malts, but hardly sweet, ryebread, some hop botterness. Flavor is moderate fruity sweet, caramel, light bitter. Light bodied. Nice than expected for an amber.

Draught, 7.4 abv, at CBC 2016, Blue session. Shiny dark golden body. Spotty lacing, filmy head. Prominent grapefruit nose. Grapefruit to the fore of the taste profile, moments of peach and toffee sweetness. Resionous bitterness to the ending. Fine bodied. Good drinking. (Øksnehallen, Copenhagen 13.05.2016).
