Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grainy, weeds, hay, minerals, soda powder, grain, paper, grass, flowers, berry skin, oak, hints of popcorn. Taste is sour-ish dry, soda powder, sorrel, unripe berries, citrus acid, minerals, grain, oak, berry skin, paper, fruit salt, fruit stones, mild vinegar. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice.

Tap, sample. Tasted on the 13/05/2017 at MBCC (Copenhagen). Hazy golden with a thin white head. Aroma of apples, brett, fruits and tart. Taste is medium tart with lot of citrus fruits and brett. Medium sour finish. Next one please!

Draught at MBCC Blue Session. Hazy pale golden body, spotty lacing. low white head. Ripe lemony nose. Berry fruits to the taste buds. Tart and dry ending. Fine bodied. Decent palate cleanser. (Copenhagen 12.05.2017).
