Prickly pear and lots of bread yeast. Golden hazy pour without head. Tart finish. Fruit is light here--this is actually a gose, not a smoothie sour. Some salt. Tap at Shaw brewpub.

Cask at Churchkey. Pours a clear gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a combination of citrus, light fruits and a bit of flora with some grain backing. Flavor has more citrus and rind with a bit of flora and sweet grain underlying.

Can from source: pours mostly clear light gold with white head. Aroma is musty, dusty, coriander and yeast. Taste is lightly spicy and yeasty.
