750 mL bottle shared at the DC Summer Saison & Sour Tasting, 7/12/14. Pours a clear pale golden color with a bit of a head. Aroma of sweet apples, a little grainy, and a bit of honey. The taste is sweet apples, honey, mild earthiness. Medium bodied, a little overly sweet.

750 ml bottle that LiteWait shared with me. Typical clear color. Normal carbonation for a cider. Sweet apple nose. Crisp apple flavors, not too sweet and has a light, nice finishing tartness. Very fresh. A good 7% ABV on this one. Could be the cleanest, most enjoyable cider I had to date.
