Bottle @ Saturday night tasting - The Stein & Vine. Thanks to Tchaos. Couleur caramel, huileux au verre. Arôme au bouquet fruité de baies se prêtant bien aux notes du miel et un agréable renforcement boisé. Palais est fruité assez frais de baies, super avec un fini bine onctueux et mielleux. Barrique ajoute un fini agréable légèrement boisé, boozy et une touche de douceur vanillée. Dur cependant de mettre cela en parallèle avec les murissages polonais de plusieurs années.

Bottle. Pours yellow. Nose/taste of pie crust, apple crisp, honey, cinnamon apple and light clove. Medium body. Originally 3.8 - Batch 2 is incredible - lots of flaky pie crust, cinnamon, clove, honey and vanilla. Lovely.

Cloudy amber color with red shades. Vinous aroma, berries, light vinegar. Sweet, almost syrupy, with strong berry flavor, moderate alcohol warmth, very light ending astringency.

Pours clear dark blonde . Smell is honey , really soft . Taste is really smooth , sweet, fruity ( berries ) , very very well made . Easy drinkable . Some honey . Nice !
