Brown colour. The cloves come out, not the banana, the sweetness of the dunkel makes it drinkable.

Bottled. Hazy pale amber, mid sized firm head. Grassy nose with deep fruity malt undeneath. Sweet med near full body and soft mouthfeel. Deep, soft, raisiny malt dominates. Grassy hops grow in a long quite bitter finish. Mildly warming, edgeless and pleasant. Quality bock!

Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, fruity, banana, bubble gum. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, yeasty, bubble gum - mint, fruity.
