Das Wiesener Landbier steht mit einer feinen Hefetrübung, goldgelb im Glas. Zarte Kohlensäurebläschen steigen im Glas auf und lassen Vorfreude auf ein frisches Prickeln aufkommen, abschließend thront auf dem Bier ein fester weißer Schaum. Anmutige Malz- und frische Hopfenaromen, sowie ein zarter Hauch nach frischer Brotkruste steigen in die Nase, begleitet von angenehmen, würzigen und leicht blumigen Hopfen. Im Antrunk gleiten Malz- und Hopfenaromen über den Gaumen und umspielen vollmundig und hefearomatisch die Zunge. Es erklingt ein Duett mit zauberhaften Hopfennoten.

16.9 oz. can from the Costco 2025 German Biergarten Collection. Pours a hazy gold color with an eggshell colored head and great retention. Very good lacing too. Smells like a pilsner beer. Tastes like a blend of pale malts and pilsner malts with a touch of honey and grain. Smooth, clean, and a slightly sweet finish. Medium body. Medium-light carbonation. Low bitterness. A good beer.

Costco box: pours slightly misty gold with white head. Aroma is grassy with some grainy notes, little herbal perhaps. Taste has a nice bitter finish with pleasant aftertaste. Light sweetness. Not bad.

Solid landbier. Nice and crisp, good balance and flavour. Pours golden with good fluffy head. Light bitter end. Some mercury, light lemon, grain. Nice. Can from Costco calendar.

Gold with a frothy white head. Aroma of caramel, a bit herbal. Taste is sweet up front with increasing grainy bitterness going into the finish. Faint tartness on the backside. Medium bodied, moderate to mild carbonation. Drinkable.

Flasche (50 cl) aus einem Logo-Getränkemarkt in Aschaffenburg. - Tiefes Goldgelb, fast klar (nicht „naturtrüb“). - Geruch nur schwach orangenfruchtig-herb und leicht karamellig-süßlich. - Antrunk mild orangenfruchtig-herb, leicht fruchtig-süßlich; zarter Karamell, nur schwache hopfenwürzige Herbe. Mild rezent, süffig. Auch im Abgang nur milde krautige Hopfenherbe. - Für ein Kellerbier, noch dazu ein „altfränkisches“, deutlich zu schwach gehopft. Trinkbar aber in keiner Weise herausragend.

Goldgelbe, und leicht trübe Farbe im Glas. Der Geruch ist frisch-muffig, aber angenehm. Im Antrunk ist das Bier süßlich-leicht. Zum Hauptteil kommt zu dieser angenehmen Süße eine erstaunliche Herbe hinzu, die dem Bier aber auch eine gewisse Frische verleiht – vor allem im Zusammenhang mit der milden Hefenote. Der Nachgeschmack ist mittellang und angenehm süßlich-würzig mit feinherbem Einschlag. 10+12+9+10
