Black, small brownish head. Smells roasty, coffee. Decent body, soft but maybe a tad thin. Slight boozyness, good amount of roast, decent dose of coffee. Roasty, earthy, and medium bitter at the end. Pretty unremarkable but solid coffee stout.

Pours unclear blonde, medium big white head, stable and creamy. Smell is full, malty, EU hops. Taste is full, fairly bitter. Fairly dry, malty. Fullbodied (for the style) . Very bitter , fairly little isoamylacetate.

Bière 33 cl achetée chez les bons pâturages à Lille. Robe blonde trouble. Nez sur la rose et citron. Bouche douce, pas d'amertume, saveurs de roses, céréales. Pas fan de blanche, la petite note de rose est intéressante mais pas assez pour me faire aimer cette bière.

Bottled 330ml. -courtesy of hrabren, shared with him and Marko. Unclear golden coloured, minimal white head that went away fast, pear and salt in the nose. Spicy, light salty, mild vegetables, some herbs and sweetish finish.

Tap @ De Molen. Black. Roast, coffee and chocolate in the aroma and flavor. Full bodied. Caramel, dried fruit and a soft roasty finish. Hint of licorice. Warming alcohol.

0.33 l bottle from Bìeres des Halles, Lille. Shared with Ogi and Marko. Murky orange, minimal head. Cardboard, funky, yeasty, grainy. Light vegetable. Flavour is tart, slightly aggressive but light sourness. Somewhat empty. Citrusy finish. No salt. Some alcohol. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, light finish.

Bottle. Murky orange-ochre body, almost no head. Coriander, dust, salt, random herb maybe. Light, fresh body, well hidden alcohol apart from a warming touch, malt, prickly carb, not much tartness, less even saltiness, sweetish. Okay, fresh.

Bière 33 cl réalisée en collaboration avec oum falafel. Blonde fraîche parfumée au sumac, l'épice est tout à fait reconnaissable sans pour autant masquer les céréales, bel équilibre et originalité pour cette petite bière légère .

Bière 75 cl ramenée des Halles de Wazemmes. Robe blonde, nez floral très sympa. En bouche, une ipa dans la bonne moyenne, fruitée et gourmande mais sans être incroyable. Une jolie biere d'aperitif!

Bière 33 cl trouvée aux halles de Wazemmes. Jolie couleur brune presque noire, mousse presque inexistante. Nez sur le café, très torréfié. En bouche, saveur torréfiée intense, notes de café, cacao, vanille, noisette, une bière riche et épaisse, vraiment pleine de caractère. Petite touche herbacée en arrière bouche. Un pur délice !
