Can at the Sofia airport. Picked up at Kaufland. Pours lightly hazy gold with a fluffy, white head. The nose is grapefruit juice, and little else. Light to medium sweet flavour with pleasant grapefruit juice character, a little tang, pith, rindy bitterness. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Sweet finish, but not cloying, with more pithy grapefruit, subtle bitterness, citrus juice. An excellent radler-esque beer. Obscenely drinkable and refreshing.

Can, 0.5l. Hazy golden pour with a slight pink hue. One finger soapy white head, going away instantly. Sugary grapefruit nose. Medium body, softly carbonated. Average texture. Sugary sweet with grapefruit bitterness, developing into slight tartness towards the finish. Aroma is malty and herbal. Sugary. Grapefruit juice. Not much of a hefe character. Slight lime. Regular finish. Overall, quite good actually. Surprisingly nice radler.

Can, 0.5l. Clear pale golden pour with one finger soapy white head. Average head retention, minimal to no lacing. Long lasting thin layer on top, though. Faint and undefined nose, malty sweet with corn and grains. Pretty much your usual supermarket lager. Thin body, watery texture. Aggressive carbonation. Malty sweet at first, developing into slight metallic bitternes later on. Faint aroma. Malts and grains. Metal. Very faint hops in the aftertaste. Slightly unpleasant bitter finish. Overall, quite bland. Watery, generic and simple. Not horrible but not really good either.

Bottle, 0.5l. Clear golden pour with one finger soapy white head. Below average retention and minimal lacing. Sugary smell, faint tequila, a bit of lime. Cardboard presence. Thin to medium body, softly carbonated. Thick texture. Sugary sweet with some bitter off-notes. Sticky. Loads of sugar in this. Artificial aroma of tequila and lime. Cardboard and metal. Cheap lager barely coming out through all the sugar. Some weird sourness in the aftertaste. Quite messy, to be honest. Desperados does the same thing much better.

Can, 0.5l. Clear dark ruby pour with one finger soapy beige head. Poor retention and lacing. Smell is malty and grainy with a touch of caramel. Thin to medium body with high carbonation. Light and watery texture. Moderately bittersweet with very slight metallic acidity. Aroma of malts, grains, corn. Slightly roasted, a touch of caramel. Some metal in the aftertaste. Slightly bitter finish. Overall, quite ok, price considered. Good value for money.
