Can at home in London with Lyoli. Picked up in Bulgaria. Pours murky gold with a frothy, white head. Lots of wheat biscuit in the nose, some banana chips, hay. Sugary sweet flavour, with doughy wheat bread, ripening banana, clove, light bitter grain husk. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet on the finish with further wheat bread, dough, white sugar, ripe banana, banana chips. So so overall.

0.5 can as Stephans Brau Premium Lager. Found in Višnja’s fridge. Drank from a can. Grain aroma, mostly corn. Sweet. Boring. Medium body, even had some finish. Original review text: 0.5 l can shared with Janeš in the morning before the recording session in Zadar. Clear pale golden, small off-white head. Aroma is grainy, bready and corny. Flavour is bready, not too sweet, quite refreshing and clean. Light body, drinkable, quite crisp, moderate carbonation, light dry finish. No major flaws.
