bottle, bought at the brewery. Cloudy pale yellow, extremely persistent and stable white head. Pleasant flavours of wheat and lemon, quite hoppy. Refreshing and somehow it seems to be between a Kristall and Hefeweizen, flavourwise, probably due to the intensive lemon flavours. Very good.

(bottle, with thanks to Quack-Duck) Clear, chestnut-brown colour with a big and beige foamy head. Sweet, dark malty aroma, very roasty with liquorice and caramel like German malt-bonbons. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied, soft on carbon. Aromatic malty base, roasty with caramel and liquorice; sweet roast-malty finish with a distinctive amount of residual sweetness and light balancing hoppy notes. Sweet but not sticky Bock.
