Can. Amber, a 1/2cm off white head is soon at the rim. Aroma of brown sugar, dough, banana, spices. Lacks a bit of body and malt depth but the finish with cloves and moderate but well-defined bitterness is good. Covers the alcohol well. Could have used a few more bubbles. Not bad.

From a 375ml can on 14/12/2025. Pours a hazy light golden with a biggish foamy head. The nose features lots of pleasant tropical notes, particularly coconut. The hop combo delivers the coconut pine experience you'd expect, though the fruit is nicely in check, with a mild tangy bitterness finishing things off. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. This is really lovely, nicely balanced, cohesive little hazy. A delightful surprise.

Can. Very pale yellowish orange with a white head. Grainy and weedy aroma with some lemon. Thin with not much malt presence before modest but pleasantly peppery and floral tinged bitterness. OK.

Can. Amber, an inch of white head. Aroma of biscuit, pine, some grapefruit and tropical fruit. Fairly light bodied. Drier than guessed but still with a biscuity feel. Pine, spices, snappy bitterness. The fruit gets a tad lost. Another pretty solid beer.

Can. Very dark brown with a 2cm light tan head. Roasty aroma with caramel and mocha. The roast stays ahead of the sweetness so it's rich and smooth but stays bitter on balance. Good, plenty going on for its strength.

Northern IPA hey. Can. Pretty cloudy amber with a 3/2 cm white head that's soon a coat. Herbal and fruity aroma with apricots, soft pine, rosemary, crackers. Fruity (apricots, some citrus, coconut & pineapple) and faintly hippy medicinal with modest bitterness and some astringency. I'm guessing Aurora is Kveik of some sort. Interesting.

Can. Clear reddish amber with a good inch of off white head. Aroma of grapefruit, sticky breadcrust, prunes. Not that sweet and very clean with cracked toffee flavours nonetheless. Top notes of the citrus get a little lost but some pepper joins at the snappily bitter finish. Good; perhaps a little strong for what it offers.

Can. Clear deep reddish brown with a fat coat of off white head. Shyish dried fruit, brown sugar and bread aroma. Fruity with caramel, but avoids sweet flabbiness. Modest spicy bitterness. OK, not really my thing.

Can. Very dark brown with a 3/2 cm beige head that fades. Floaty whiskey notes over roasted malt and barley, spicy oak, some earthy notes. Stouty with roast and chocolate at first but whiskey takes over after a time with cereals, warmth and oak. There's a little bitterness but it struggles to assert itself. Good, if a little spirit barrel heavy for me.

Can. Light amber, a 3/2cm white head last OK. Aroma of light tropical fruit, citrus, light biscuit. Light bodied. Moderately sweet with biscuit, passionfruit, mandarin. Pine needles come though towards the modestly bitter finish. Solid quaffer.
