Description
Created to champion and celebrate the rich heritage of the surrounding area, Mên-an-Tol Brewhouse & Taproom
pays homage to Cornwall’s language, landscape, and history through the medium of brewing,
creativity and community.
Brewed in the depths of West Penwith, Mên-an-Tol, Brewhouse & Taproom draws inspiration from the region’s dramatic landscapes, folklore, and most importantly its people. Specialising in cask and bottle-conditioned ales, our diverse range includes everything from easy-drinking Pennaghel Pall to bold and punchy Klamdera, rich Marghek Diyskynna, and distinctive Moyha Arbennek Hwerow, our Most Special Bitter (ESB).
Our beers are based, not only on what we like to drink, but what we think might best represent the style and inspire more to try traditionally brewed ales.
With authenticity at our core, we embrace the revival of cask ale, aiming to introduce this magnificent drink to a new generation of beer lovers while keeping its proud tradition alive.

Gusher! A little earthy, low sweetness, some toast, grain, old leather. It’s not great.

CBJ tasting, thanks to Wingman for the bottle. Clear amber beer, small pale tan head. Airy palate, mildly dry and a bit thin. Modest fine carbonation. Ripe fruity backend. Light and mildly dry finish. Meh, just a nothing of this or that.
