Bottle from Bierothek Bamberg. Clear chestnut golden, golden lace. Very juicy base, roasted, nutty, light herb and berry on caramel, a hint stickiness, warm spice finish, quite quaffable winter warmer.

0,5 l bottle from Zisch, Wildeshausen. BB 15.01.26. Clear golden in the glass, one finger white foamy head. Grainy cerealish caramel on the nose. Taste starts smooth grainy with caramel. imcreasing malt with low but present bitterhop. Hints of apple. Mid carbonation. Nice and easy drinking stuff.

"Kanone Hopfenkanone", Flasche von den Getränkerittern, 17.10.2025. - Eine schier unglaubliche Menge an Hopfen soll für dieses Grünhopfenbier verbraut worden sein, wie mir der Verkäufer erzählte: 90 kg statt der sonst üblichen 4-5 pro Sud - kann das stimmen? - Das Resultat ist satt goldgelb, schwach trüb und von üppigem, stabilem Schaum gekrönt. - In der Nase kräftige, intensive aber weder überwältigende noch ausgefallene zitrusfruchtige Hopfung. - Antrunk weich hellmalzig und sehr aromatisch aber rund zitrusfruchtig und leise erdig gehopft, gar nicht so bitter aber von intensiver Frische und Tiefe. Blasse Restsüße, ein Hauch von Honig. Milder rezent, vollmundig. - Sehr schönes Grünhopfenbier, das weder exzentrisch hopfenaromatisch noch krachend bitter daherkommt, aber Duft und Aromen frischer Hopfendolden überzeugend einfängt. Empfehlenswert!

Bottle from Meibier. Sweetish grainy malt with straw and grassy noble hop. Light sweet with a moderate bitterness. Medium body. Some nice grainy and hoppy notes.

A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of gently sweet grainy pale malt, cereals. Taste of grainy pale malt, straw, biscuit. Moderate bitterness.
