Bottle. (thx to papsoe) A bit pale, yellow-golden with a too small white head. Banana, spices and some malt on the nose. The flavor is quite boring, with banana and some spicyness. Thin, velvety mouthfeel and a grainy and lightly spiced finish. Quaffable, boring weisse. (070510)

(swing top bottle) Hazy, amber to copper colour with a beige foamy medium-sized head. Sweet toast-malty aroma, slightly nutty with soft notes of caramel, honey and a shy hoppy touch. Medium-sweet, slightly bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a pleasant carbonation. Toasty malty taste, also honey-fruity and slightly ashy; moderately dry, sweet-bitter finish with traces of herbal hops. Okay, but not particularly impressing.

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized, not very persistent foamy white head. Medium-sweet, grainy, strawy aroma with a touch of citrus and moderate herbal hops. Bitter flavour, light to medium body, moderate carbonation. Grainy taste, early arriving herbal hops; dry, quite bitter and herbal hoppy finish. Rather average; the hops could be more aromatic.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, amber golden with a dense and stable, off-white head. Aroma of yeast and a whiff of butter. Medium body with accents of yeast and banana with some acidity and a surprisingly bitter finish. 291206

Bottled. An unclear orange-brown beer with a huge tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of wheat, but also light notes of straw. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of wheat and caramel as well as light notes of banana. The mouthfeel is very smooth.
