Pours a clear very light yellow color, topped with a sizeable soapy white head that quickly settles down. Aroma of flowery hops, mild honey notes also present. Taste is sweet, very light and almost a bit watery. Grassy with slight peppery finish. Mild bitterness and slightly metallic in the aftertaste. Not a bad one, easily drinkable, though nothing really special.

Note: not entirely sure I had the unfiltered, but given the reputation of the bar, to choose for very local breweries above those further away and unfiltered over filtered, I guess the beer would have to meet at least one criterium to get in, and it's not being very close to the bar. So... Feel free to contact me if I'm wrong, I'll move the rating then.
Clear pale blond beer, nice creamy solid white head, very stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: malty, bit sweet, cow fodder, grains. MF: ok carbon, medium body, smooth texture. Taste: pretty fruity, sweet malts, some citrus, bit cheesy, dairy, some fried onions. Aftertaste: sweet, banana, soft bitterness, grassy, some caramel.

Keg at the Zlý Časy , Prague Day 2 of Fergus and Sarah’s Czech jaunt. 30/09/14. Pale yellow/ straw coloured pour with a fine frothy whiite herad. Aroma is fresh and yeasty, pils grains, hint of spicy hop. Flavour is composed of clean pils grains, semi-sweet, spicy nobel hop, crisp and fresh. Palate is crisp and dry, highish carbonation, begs fir another sip. Tasty.

tap at Pivní Mapa Praha. Golden yellow with a creamy white head. Lovely saaz hop aroma. Quite full-bodied malty flavours with classic saaz hops in abundance. Lovely bitter-sweet character and a lingering hoppy finish. Delicious!
