Bottled. A deep red beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and caramel. The flavor is very sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle: Copper to amber coloured, fluffy - slowly collapsing and leaving rings on the glass - off-white head; nutty and malt-bitter nose; moderate dryish sweet-bitter flavour, soft, light to medium bodied; sweet caramelly finish, balanced by a lingering malt-bitter aftertaste with a slightly hoppy touch. Very fine stuff!! ČESKÉ PIVO ČISLO PĚT SET !!! Českému pivu zdar........

Bottle: Copper to amber coloured, lacy off-white head; caramel and a certain amount of toasted malt in the nose, supported by some hop-bitterness; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, almost medium bodied; lingering, not very dry - caramelly finish with an increasing hop-bitterness in the aftertaste. Very well balanced, moreish stuff.......

Draught@Vltava, Helsinki. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grass, herbs, some bready malts and mild diacetyl. Flavour is being quite much the same in a quite pleasant balance. Great with lunch as well.

Draught at Prague Beer Museum on June 5, 2011Clear golden color, white head. Sweet, malty, lemon scent. Sweet, bitter, malty taste. Bitter aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, high bitterness. Very dry.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small tan head. Aroma is breadish and slight caramelish. Bitter, sweet and caramelish flavoured. Sweet and breadish malty flavoured. Bitter and caramelish finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear nutty brown with a dense and creamy off-white head leaving some laces. Caramellish nose, some roast and diacetyl. Medium body, sweet burned caramel, some manure, nutty. Dry hoppiness in the finish. 030511
