Solsletta 081022. Golden-yellow color with a white head. Aroma is oranges, pine, grapefruit. Flavor is oranges, pine, grapefruit, citrus, lemon, grass. OK beer.

Cloudy yellow in the glass and a big with head Nice hoppy aroma with a fine intensity Semi dry and an ok bitterness Fair enough carbonation level. Seemed a bit high at first Herbal(grassy, citric and fruity flavor [Can from Åsa Landhandleri in Hønefoss, Norway]

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grain and hint of tropical fruits. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with a long light tropical, grain and malty finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Can. An unclear orange colored beer with a dense, off-white head. Some lacing. The aroma is quite citrusy and piney, with a light malty touch. Grapefruit, lemon hints. It's medium bodied and nicely carbonated, semi-dry, with a decent bitterness. Pine cones, resin hints, grapefruit and a faint grassy touch in the flavor. Medium length finish. A pretty straight forward one, nothing too impressive going on. 221008

Can from Gulating. Hazy yellow golden body under a huge, creamy white head. Both aroma and taste is strong, fruity juice, tropical, citric and oranges. Some mild zesty bitterness. Medium body and same aftertaste. Sure refreshing, but not much going on here besides the juicy stuff. One dimensional. Fair enough, but I had stopped buying NEIPA now, was fooled by the band name and the text 'Pale Ale', thought this tough band would go for a beer with more personality.

440ml can, #803, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg in Bodø. Upper part lacing on the glass, slowly diminishing white head, opaque golden body. Moderate smell of dusty hops and pale malts. Peachy taste, together with ripe citrus. A bit mealy. Subdued bittersweet ending. Session qualities. Great band, okay beer. (Bodø Panorama, 08.09.2022).

Citrusfrisk med lychee og andre lyse, syrlige sydfrukter i en slank maltkropp og med fin balanse mellom sødme og bitterhet i avslutningen. En lettdrikkelig og smaksrik øl som sikkert kan passe til rockekonserter i sommer. Den innfrir lett garantien, og mersmaken er også til stede.
