Herb-malziger, sehr ausgwogener Antrunk, in dem das Malz deutlich karamellige Züge annimmt. Leicht hopfig, durch die Karamellnote in passendem Maße würzig, gleichzeitig angenehm frisch. Gelungenes Bierchen. 11/11/10/9//10

Bottle: Clear, amber coloured, smaller off-white head; sweetish toasted malt and a tinge of barnyard in the nutty-bitter nose; moderate sweetish flavour, low bitterness, soft and medium bodied; sweetish-nutty finish, balanced by a very shy bitterness in the aftertaste. Not bad, but quite sweet by franconian standards.........

Copper brown, decent off-white head. Sour milk and light grassy hops in the aroma. Medium-bodied, barley, sweet malty with some late bitterness. Aftertaste is a bit sweet. Despite of annoying nose, quite drinkable märzen.
