On tap at Hopdog München Friday 24th September 2021. Pours reddy brown with a slim white head, good clarity. Nice soft moutheel, very drinkable, a little mineral edge, some caramel notes, light bitterness, perhaps a grassy hoppiness. Good, really nice.

Bottle. Clear copper color with fluffy eggshell head. Aroma is nutty, caramel, on the sweet side, but nice rustic character. Taste is caramel, earthy, again nutty, super drinkable and chewy. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation, chewy. Good one!

"Schroll Ur-Trunk", Flasche (50 cl) von REWE, Baunach (MHD: 10/2018). - Kupferrotgold, klar.

On tap at the brewery. Quiet rustic brown wood pub. Not a lot going on. The beer is clear brown white head. It’s malty. Some hop. It’s better than some but it’s more like a kellerbier. Some malt some hop. AndrewC would love it here. Old bloke running it 2 euros a half litre tasty enough beer wood and a ticking clock. Simple easy basicpub with one ok beer. Malt is solid. Slight hop.
