Malaromatischer Antrunk mit starker Karbonisierung. Die frische Herbe passt ausgezeichnet zu dem Malz, das nun breit aromatisch wird und einen Hauch von Röstigkeit trägt. Anschließend wird das Malz weicher, behält aber die breit gestreuten Noten. Süßlich-malziges Finish, sehr süffig. 7/9/9/9/11/9

Mild süffiger Antrunk, wenig getreidig und kaum malzig, dafür sehr wässrig. Das Malz bleibt erhalten, wenn auch auf niederiger Intensität. Die Herbe wird bitter, das Bier zu diesem Zeitpunkt etwas stärker. Zum Abgang hin malziger, in Teilen würzig, für ein Dunkles aber auch hier noch zu schwach. Trinkbares Bier, auf keinen Fall etwas Besonderes. 8/8/7/7/6/8

Bottled@Helsinki Beer Festival 2011. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is grass, some herbs and caramel. Flavour iss wood, grass, herbs, some bready maltyness as well. Mild raisiny notes as well.

Bottled@Helsinki Beer Festival 2011. Deep amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruits, earth, some cellary notes, mild earth as well as some saltwatery notes. Flavour is quite similar, earthy and malty along with spices and some herbs with mild fruityness coming in towards the finish. Wellbalanced.

Hazy yellow color, big cloudy, white head. Bubblegummy, a bit spicey aroma. Light to medium bodied. Crisp carbonation. Light citrus, banana in the flavor. Quicky vanishing taste. Too light although then refreshing. Boring?

Clear amber color, small off-white head. Woody, malty aroma. Medium-bodied. Sweetish, almost honeyish flavor. Quite boring.

Dark copper color, small beige head. Caramelly, grassy aroma. Medium-bodied. Malty, ryeish, some caramel, grassy hoppyness. Dry finish. Decent and quite interesting "dunkel kellerbier".

Bottle. Deep golden with a thin head. Aroma dominated by malt but with some hops and fruit. Flavour of hop with a sweet malt finish. Medium carbonation.

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is spiced, phenolic and dry malty. Light roasted malty and phenolic dry yeasty. Dry estery and mild wheaty finish.

Bottle, 5.3%. Hazy amber colour. Small stable creamy off-white head. Mild bready flavour, hint of toffee or caramel. Good mouthfeel. Taste slightly past BB, but is not.
