Draught. Clear golden, moderate white creamy head. Stays. The aroma is barley malts, wort, minerals, some yeast and butterscotch. Light body, average carbonation. Lots of minerals tasting. Grainy malts, sweetish, minimal diacetyl, light hoppy bitterness on ending that makes the performance be halfway decent. Walnuts as well finishing.

Tap. Deep brown with ruby highlights. Big creamy off-white head. The aroma is bready with molasses, toasted malts, burnt sugar. Light body. Thin to oily texture. The flavour is fairly sweet & sugary. Dark malts, minimal roast. Chocolate. Still not that cloying as it sounds. Light bitterness & sourness present. Pleasant.

Kullankeltainen olut pienellä valkoisella, nopeasti häviävällä vaahdolla. Maku hieman karvas, mutta riittävän jämäkkä näihin prosentteihin nähden. Voittaa kotimaiset peruslagerit.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light grainy and light hoppy. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. Yet another boring lager. 050816
