En copa pilsen, color dorado claro, limpia y transparente, espuma blanca de media-escasa retención. Aroma suave a paja y algo de cereal. En boca es ligera, dulzor medio, amargor ligero, carácter escaso, notas de pan, malta, grano y un mínimo toque cítrico. Correcta, para refrescarse y poco mas.

Bottle at Ruppaner Brewery, on the banks of Lake Constance in Konstanz. Hazy dark amber with a creamy-frothy head. Has a fine wheat beer taste with some darker malt elements, although these are perhaps more pronounced in appearance than taste. Has a good lingering aftertaste.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm and consumed sat outside at home Friday 14th July 2023 listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music. About to cook Chicken and Halloumi Burgers. Pours very pale silvery gold with a mid sized white head, a little mineral bite, fruity, dry, nice soft mouthfeel, good Pils.

Tap @ Scharfes Eck on the lakeside in Allensbach. Clear golden with a frothy head. Steady with its malt base, fairly drinkable although a tad over carbonated and gassy for me.
