Bottle at Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2013. It pours dark mahogany brown with a small white head. The nose is wood, caramel, cocoa, twig, raisin and varnish. The taste is wood, leather, twig, caramel, damp leaf and burnt cocoa. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Pretty bland to be honest. So-so.

50 cl bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small off white head. Aroma is roasted malty, chocolate and breadish. Bitter, herbal and light vegetables too. Bitter and dry herbal finish.

Bottled, thanks fonefan! Hazy golden, brief head. Floral hops, grass and slight metal up front. Dryish with clean mouthfeel and light-medium body. Lime and coriander gets evident underways. Salty bitterish finish. Peculiar spicing for a lager, but subtle enough to keep it nicely drinkable.
