Bottle. A lightly unclear dark brown beer with a minimal sized light beige head. The aroma has a spiced and lightly sourish touch. Nuts, some chocolate and caramel. Hints of gale. Nutty flavor with toffee, gale and damp forest. Sort of interesting, but far from really good. Medium body, soft carbonation. Quite dry. The finish is quite acidic, with nuts and roasted malts. Suspect this one’s off, but the aroma and flavor is so myrica gale-ish I’m not sure. 140927

[ As Bøllingsø Frokost ].Unclear - hazy matt medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, mint - minerals.
