My 2200th German rating. Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of sweet malt, caramel, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of alcohol and bread, leading to a lightly dry and bready finish.

Bottle (thanx to joss and Quack-Duck!): Hazy, golden to deep golden coloured, small persistent creamy white head; ripe bananas with a tinge of cloves and wheat malt in the background; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, medium bodied, a bit oily; shy illusions of hops in the moderate sweetish-sourish finish. Decent thirst-quencher.........

(bottle) Cloudy, orange to golden colour with a thick foamy white head. Yeasty, slightly dusty and sourish citrus-fruity aroma with a moderate wheat-character and a light malty sweetness. Sourish and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a mild and well-matured carbonation. Quite fruit-accented taste of citrus and green apples, also wheaty with restrained spicy notes; finishes almost dry and sourish fruity. A bit uncommon, but drinkable Weizen (11.IV.09).

Bottle. Cloudy yellow, relatively low head. Strong clove nose. Fruity base, banana stays behind apples, pears and oranges, good spice and bitterness to balance. Medium to light body, sparkly, quenching.

Bottle, 5.5%. Cloudy yellow colour. Small unstable white head. The flavour has a little banana, and quite some citrus. A bit lemony, actually. Also has a little acidity that to me resembles an infection, or perhaps it is lactic acid. Dry, citric finish.
