Taste is tart, appley, fleshy, with skin and core, alittle caramel & melon, some barnyard funk and mellow drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tart acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is tart, sourish, appley, raspberries, wit some funky hints, wood barrel, biscuit and drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart sour raspberry finish. Quite drinkable.
