Flip-tpo bottle: Das Bier ist nicht so schwach, wie joss es vorfand.....:Straw golden coloured, slightly hazy, small, but stable foamy white layer; sweet-malty, grainy, bready nose with a tinge of hoppiness; moderate sweet, slightly bitter flavour, solid malty base; sweet-malty and slightly bitter finish. A very malt accented, kind of Bohemian Pilsener........

Bügelverschlußflasche: Amber coloured, small lacing white foam; aroma of daek, sweet and toasted malt with some fruitiness next door; sweetish (malty) flavour, light to medium bodied; sweetish, a bit malty, a bit fruity-metallic finish, rounded by a veneer of bitterness. O.K., but a bit on the bland side.....

(bottle) Pale golden colour with a medium sized foamy white head. Sweet and slightly sour malty aroma with notes of citrus fruits and a touch of hoppiness. Medium to light body, medium carbonation; Light sweet initial malty taste with a fruity blend, slim and short, quite empty finish. Drinkable and clean, but absolutely unspectacular.

(swing top bottle) Pale yellow colour with big foamy white head with bubbles and quite lasting. Slightly malty aroma with a floral hoppy note, also a bit soapy. Initially I feel an overdose of carbonation on my tongue in combination with a rather thin body and an unbalanced malty taste with hopbitter finish. Not good for me, there are better ones.

Test vom 9.3.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,9,12,5,6,8 - 8,30

Was is eigendlich ein Bier?

Yeasty nose, sweet vegetable and soap - not in a entirely bad way. Surprisingly clear (but still hazy) yellow. Head is rather low but stable. Sweet malt flavor, quite a bit yeast, fruit and pepper. First the soap flavors turned me off, but it kind of grows on you. Smooth mouthfeel with a fine carbonation.
