Bottle. Brown colour with an off-white head. aroma is coriander, caramel, banana, orange. Flavour is coriander, orange, citrus, malt, banana, hop, caramel. Medium body. OK beer.

Flip-top half-litre bottle, best before 26 Dec 2010. The fourth bottle of my German tasting evening, 2 July 2010. Poured into one of my ’Frankiskaner’ Weissbier glasses. The beer is mid-brown in colour, swurling, murky looking brew, a good deep cream coloured head sat on top. The smells were of malts, roasted and toasted. A slight smoked ham hint arrived as the beer began to warm in the glass. The beer was well carbonated, almost too fizzy at first, but it calmed down and was most enjoyable. The flavours within the taste followed the aromas, very pleasant.

Bottle. It pours a clear, pale golden body and a dense, white head of finger-thick size. The aroma is weak, grainy and fruity, dead boring actually. Pale malts, some frutiyness and bitterness in the flavor, the bitterness streches out to the far end. Medium body, quite dry. Some fruityness too in the finish. Well, this was a really boring one. Nothing wrong with it besides that fortunately. 120405

Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass very zippy, but small head. Starts quite yeasty and also quite dry. Finish more fruity like banana, modest sourish. Not bad. Thanks to quack-duck for that one!
