Tap. Flowery hop aroma. Tan color with ample head. Strong hops flavor with only light malt. Nice and more hoppy than typical German pils.

Bottle. Nice strong banana/clove aroma. Clear dark tan color with decent light tan head. Light banana/clove color with the merest hint of hops and malt in the finish but decent palate. Lightest dunkelweizen I have ever had. Tastes fine but not really indicative of the style at all.

Bottle. Mild banana and clove/pepper aroma. Nearly clear yellow color - looks more like a Kristall. Clean, crisp taste of primarily banana with slight hint of clove. Palate a bit on the watery side - not as ’meaty’ as I like my Weizens to be. An overall enjoyable beer.

Pale orange gold; yellowish, small head, fast gone. Some maltsugar, caramel in the nose, and shrubbery notes. Taste is a subdued, but unbelievably balanced combination of liquorice-like sweetness, malt, caramel, toffee on one hand, and shrubbery, leafy, even earthy flavours on the other. Just a touch too much sweetness in the aftertaste, probably because of the magnification by the alcoholburn. Also some nutty flavours. Ever since I sampled "Keiler Dunkle Weisse", I learnt that Germand Weissbier can be really exceptional. This is, again, a superb beer by the Stumpf brewery. I hold them in high esteem.

That's some disparity in ratings. Cloudy, dull beige. Aroma is nutmeggy, phenolic, wheaty. Full body. Tangy, with lean pale malt notes. Banana, spices...brilliantly balanced. Reminds me a lot of Denison's.
