From my sake backlog. 50ml glass can purchased from Oyisi Running Sushi & Wok, Aabenraa. Clear golden, slightly oily consistence without any head and a whole ume (Japanese plum) inside. Relatively strong aroma for Sake, sweet canned fruit like apricot or plum with a hint of marzipan and alcohol. Flavor is sticky sweet, canned fruit syrup, warming alcohol and moderate yeast. Thick, sticky sweet body and sweet aftertaste with some warming alcohol in aftertaste. Eating the plum afterwards was actually the best part of this Sake.

250ml can from Japan Centre. Hazy pale yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of lemon, zesty, yuzu citrus. Taste is sweetish & sour, lemon, yuzu, citrus rind, sugary and acidic. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, tart yuzu finish. Quite OK

# 2520; 7/2021. As Choya Sake - Made purely from japanese rice. Druhé sake. Suché, kořenité, lehce natrpklé. Ve vůni i barvě nevýrazné. 0,7 l, láhev, obchod s asijskými potravinami, Plzeň (CZ).

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Pours very light yellow water colour. Aroma of sweet and strong melon, hints of alcohol. Taste of medium sweet heavy melon, a bit dry, thick body, the alcohol is present.
