Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt, bread, and eggs. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt as well as lighter notes of straw.

Bottle: Golden with a pinkish (!) sheen, quickly collapsing off-white head; light traces of vegetables in the metallic-grainy nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, scratchy MF; sweetish grainy finish with a delicate bitter aftertaste. Not good.....

bottle from Getränke Ulrich Aalen. Clear pale golden colour, mid-sized white head. Surprisingly light start, not very malty. Pleasant grassy-herbal hops tune in, the beer is rather light and mild for the style. Nevertheless, a nice beer for hot summer days.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Clear, light-amber colored, smaller off-white head with a little lace; moderate dryish roast-malty nose with a sweetish-caramelly backbone; moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, very soft; light bodied; a light fruitiness shows up in the light caramelly hoppy finish. A good one......

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Moderately sweet grainy malty aroma with traces of cardboard and only a whiff of herbal hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with an almost crisp carbonation. Pale malt-character with grainy and minimal papery notes, dry-ish slightly hop bitter finish. Average. 09.VI.10

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, golden colour with a big but not very persistent foamy white head. Grassy hoppy aroma with a perfumed malty background. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Mildly malty and grassy hoppy taste, all in all quite one-dimensionally; moderately dry and bitter hoppy finish with a tinge of malty sweetness. Undemanding but better than the commonly trendy Pale Lagers here in Germany. 01.VI.10

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Sourish fruity, (apricot, banana) and wheaty aroma with delicately clovy spices. Slightly sweet and sour flavour, light bodied with a sparkling carbonation. Slim wheat-malty taste with present fruity notes and restrained phenolic spices; slightly acidic and tart fruity and wheaty finish. Once again a well-made n/a brew from Kaiser Geislingen. 24.V.10

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and thick foamy head. Sweet and distinctively grainy aroma with notes of vanilla and present grassy hops. Slightly bitter flavour with a malty sweetness in the middle part, slim bodied with a crispy carbonation. Grainy malty taste with notes of draff with shy grassy hops; slim and slightly sweet and minimal bitter-tart finish with grainy and shy grassy elements. Surprisingly good for a n/a brew. 24.V.10
