(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Light-sweet and faint grainy malty, slightly dusty aroma with traces of grassy and herbal hops. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium body, moderately carbonated mouthfeel. Slightly grainy and papery taste with shy herbal hoppy notes. Quite dry, slightly bitter hoppy finish. Mediocre brew (02.IV.09).

50 cL bottle. Pours slight cloudy dark brown with a hazlenut golden glare and a small tan head. Banana fruity aroma with a light roasted malt note. Light citric to acidic flavoured with a banana estery flavour on back of the tongue. Lasting fruity flavoured with a light roasted note.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear golden yellow with a diminished white head. Fresh hoppy aroma. Flavour is light bitter and crisp fruity, light malt base. Bitter and crisp hoppy finish

Bottle, 4.9% as Kaiser Keller Pils. OK bready aroma with a little citrus and yeast. Golden colour with some small soft bits of yeast floating in it. Big semi-stable white head. The flavour is citric in the good way with a little bread and yeast. Good mouthfeel.

Bottle, 5.2%. Malty and slightly vinous aroma. Clear amber colour, a little grey. Very small white head. The flavour is OK malty, slightly dusty. Low to medium bitterness.

Bottle, 4.9%. The aroma is like a Hefeweizen, only a bit weaker. Banana with a hint of citrus. Clear golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is also weaker, there is some banana, not much citrus, though. Some sweetness, but not too much. Slightly high carbonation. OK mouthfeel.

Bottle: Hazy, light amber coloured, slowly diminishing loose beige head; nutmeg,cacao and bananas in the nose; light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied; short fruity-sourish, followed by a little tartness. Not too unpleasant..........

(bottle) Hazy, chestnut-brown colour with a big but non-persistent light-beige foamy head. Sweet and slightly toasty malty nose with a restrained wheat-character and a moderate fruity touch of banana and berries, accompanied by phenolic spices of mainly cloves and nutmeg. Light-sweet flavour with a tinge of sourness, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Slightly toasty and ashy malty taste with delicate fruity elements, getting slightly tart towards the slightly bitter and finish. No highlight but drinkable (17.II.09).

(33cl swing top bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a mid-sized blonde foamy head. Yeasty, moderately sweet malty, slightly sour doughy and papery nose with a faint grainy and herbal hoppy blend. Light sweet flavour, light bodied with a medium carbonation. Pale malt-character with a touch of cardboard and shy grainy accents. Pretty slim, moderately sweet malty and faint hoppy finish. A bland Zwickel-Pils (21.I.09).
